Reporting Bribery and Corruption Concerns

OKX Middle East Fintech FZE ("OKX ME") is committed to conducting its business with integrity and to the highest standards of ethical conduct. OKX ME takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and requires that its Board and all Staff comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations relevant to anti-bribery and corruption, including the rules of the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).

Who can report

Any person — including a customer, counterparty, supplier, employee, consultant, or member of the public — may report a known or suspected violation, or possible violation, of any applicable anti-bribery and corruption law or regulation by OKX ME, its Board, or its Staff. This includes, without limitation, a request for, or an offer of, an improper payment, gift, or advantage.

How to report

Reports may be made through any of the following channels:

  • Online: the OKX Ethics and Whistleblower Hotline at https://okx.integrityline.com/ — a secure portal operated by an independent third party, available in multiple languages.

  • Telephone: the international number for your country, as listed on the portal (United Arab Emirates: 8000 3570 3169). If your country is not listed, call +1 720 514 4400 for a collect call, available at all times.

A report may be made anonymously through either the telephone or online channel.

Confidentiality

OKX ME will treat the identity of a person who submits a report, and the information provided, in confidence to the extent possible to allow a thorough review, and in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations. Access to a report is limited to those responsible for reviewing and, where warranted, investigating the matter. Any personal data contained in a report is handled in line with applicable UAE data protection requirements.

Non-retaliation

OKX ME does not tolerate retaliation of any kind against a person who, in good faith, raises a concern, refuses to take part in bribery or corruption, or assists a related review.

What happens next

Every report is reviewed and, where warranted, investigated in accordance with OKX ME's Whistleblowing Policy and applicable regulatory requirements, including retention of investigation records for the periods required by law.
