How do I become a VIP on OKX?

You can qualify automatically when your assets or trading volume reach the VIP 1 threshold (USD 100,000 in assets, or USD 1,000,000 in 30-day spot trading volume). The platform snapshots daily at 16:00 UTC and updates VIP tiers between 20:00–22:00 UTC. Deposits of USD 1,000 or more trigger an immediate review.

Can I use VIP Trial Cards in the VIP trading?

No. VIP Experience Cards cannot be used in the VIP trading.

What is a VIP trial card?

A VIP trial card is an exclusive benefit that VIP users can share with friends. Each VIP user receives 2 VIP1 7-day trial cards per month. Trial cards are valid for the current month only and reset monthly — unused cards cannot be carried over. Once activated, friends can enjoy VIP1 benefits free of charge for 7 days.

Benefits during the trial period:

  • Access to most VIP1 benefits.

  • The following features aren't available during the trial: receiving VIP merchandise, sending VIP trial cards to friends, and trading in the C2C VIP Exclusive Zone.

  • When the main account activates a trial card, sub-accounts will also receive VIP1 benefits. After the trial ends, sub-accounts can continue to be used normally, but VIP benefits will expire alongside the main account.
