What type of purchases can't I make with my OKX Card?

Some types of transactions aren't supported under the OKX Card usage policy. If you attempt to make a payment in the categories below, the transaction will be automatically rejected. This works as intended.

These restrictions are applied to comply with applicable laws, card network rules, and Bano Pty Ltd’s risk management policies. The categories below are based on Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) assigned by the card network - in some cases, a merchant’s assigned MCC may not precisely reflect the nature of your intended purchase, which may result in a legitimate transaction being declined.

Note: Automated Teller Machine (ATM) withdrawals aren't supported by the OKX Card.

OKX Help Centre handles complaints on behalf of Bano Pty Ltd (the product issuer and AFSL holder)(AFCA Member Number 78414). If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at www.afca.org.au or by calling 1800 931 678.
