What's OKX Card?
For OKX Pay and OKX Card, read the applicable PDS, FSG, TMD, and Cashback Reward Program Terms available here or by contacting OKX Help Centre. You should read these documents in full before making any decision about these products.
What is the OKX Card?
The OKX Card is an international payment card (Visa or Mastercard®, depending on your region) that lets you pay for purchases and services worldwide where Mastercard® is accepted. It connects directly to your OKX Pay account, so you can spend your balance seamlessly.
Note: the OKX Card is a virtual card only. Physical cards are not issued.
What's OKX Pay and how does it work with the OKX Card?
OKX Pay is a digital dollar account built into the OKX app. With OKX Pay, you can:
Spend, and send money globally
Earn rewards on your account balance
Pay directly using your OKX Card from your available funds
Everything is managed in one app.
Stablecoin risk: Your OKX Pay balance is held in stablecoins (USDG). While stablecoins are designed to maintain a stable value relative to a reference currency, they are not guaranteed by any government or deposit insurance scheme. Stablecoins are not equivalent to holding fiat currency in a regulated deposit-taking institution.
How can the OKX Card help me save on international travel?
The OKX Card is designed to reduce common travel costs:
Spend directly from a stablecoin balance
Smart top-ups that aren't treated as traditional currency exchange
Transparent fees when paying abroad
Important: While the OKX Card may reduce certain costs compared to traditional currency exchange, you remain exposed to stablecoin-to-fiat conversion rates and Mastercard network exchange rates when spending internationally. “Smart top-ups” involve the conversion of stablecoins to fiat currency and are subject to a conversion spread.
Where can I use the OKX Card?
You can use the OKX Card anywhere Mastercard® is accepted:
Physical stores while traveling
Hotels, restaurants, and airline bookings
International websites and online services
The OKX Card also supports Apple Pay and Google Pay for contactless payments.
