Terms and Conditions — Viaje como VIP Campaign (OKX Card Boosted Cashback) 2026

Campaign Period: from July 14, 2026 at 00:00 (BRT) to August 14, 2026 at 23:59 (BRT). To be eligible for the reward, the participant must first opt in to the campaign on the campaign page inside the OKX app and, only after opting in, make the Unlocking Purchase with the OKX Card during the Campaign Period, as described below. Purchases made before opting in to the campaign will not be counted. A purchase's eligibility is determined by its authorization date; purchases authorized outside the Campaign Period will not be counted, even if settled within it.

Eligibility: this boosted cashback campaign is intended exclusively for regular (non-VIP) OKX users. Users of any VIP tier are not eligible for the campaign reward.

Enrollment and Eligible Purchases

1. Mandatory opt-in: the participant must opt in to the campaign on the campaign page inside the OKX app. Opt-in is mandatory and must occur before spending. There is no qualifying purchase or minimum amount: after opting in, Eligible Purchases begin to earn the additional campaign cashback. Purchases made before opting in are not counted.

2. An "Eligible Purchase" is any settled purchase made with the OKX Card abroad (a non-BRL transaction), with no minimum amount, made during the Campaign Period, excluding non-qualifying categories. No qualifying minimum purchase is required to participate.

3. After enrolling, the participant receives the additional campaign cashback on all Eligible Purchases (settled non-BRL purchases made with the OKX Card) during the Campaign Period. BRL purchases are not eligible for the campaign cashback.

5. A purchase's eligibility will be determined based on its authorization date. Purchases authorized outside the Campaign Period will not be counted for campaign reward purposes.

6. Foreign currency amounts will be converted to the USDG equivalent at the exchange rate applicable at the time of authorization.

7. Reversed, refunded, disputed or charged-back purchases will be deducted from the participant's cumulative eligible spend and may result in the clawback of any campaign cashback previously credited for such purchases.

8. The following purchases are excluded and will not be counted: ATM withdrawals, peer-to-peer transfers, money orders, quasi-cash transactions, and any transactions classified as cash advances by the card network, as well as those listed here.

The Campaign Boosted Cashback

1. After enrolling in the campaign, the participant receives an additional 4% cashback on non-BRL purchases made with the OKX Card for the remainder of the Campaign Period. BRL purchases do not earn the campaign cashback.

2. The additional 4% campaign cashback is cumulative with the card's base cashback — it does not replace it.

3. The benefit applies from enrollment until the end of the Campaign Period (August 14, 2026) or until the participant reaches the campaign cashback cap, whichever comes first.

Reward

1. Eligible participants will receive the additional campaign cashback credited in USDG to their OKX Pay balance.

2. The additional campaign cashback is 4% on Eligible Purchases, cumulative with the card's base cashback.

3. The total campaign cashback, throughout the entire Campaign Period, is capped at 400 USDG per OKX account. Once this cap is reached, new Eligible Purchases will not generate additional campaign cashback during that Campaign Period.

4. The campaign cashback is fully independent of the participant's regular monthly base cashback. Regular monthly cashback and its respective caps per user tier continue to apply separately. Base cashback rate (regular / non-VIP users): 2%. This campaign applies only to regular users; VIP-tier users are not eligible for this boosted cashback campaign.

5. Rewards are credited after each Eligible Purchase settles and will remain "pending" until the linked purchase is fully settled.

6. If an Eligible Purchase is later refunded, reversed or charged back, OKX reserves the right to claw back both the base cashback and the additional campaign cashback for that purchase.

Reward Distribution Method

1. Campaign cashback rewards will be credited to the participant's OKX Pay balance promptly after each Eligible Purchase settles, subject to eligibility verification by OKX.

2. In the event of any technical failure or error in eligibility verification, OKX reserves the right to distribute the reward within 30 calendar days after the end of the Campaign Period.

3. Rewards will be paid in USDG. OKX reserves the right not to pay all users according to the stock of tokens made available for the campaign, with participation limited to the first users to enroll.

4. If a purchase that generated campaign cashback is later reversed, refunded, disputed or charged back, OKX reserves the right to claw back the respective campaign cashback from the participant's OKX Pay balance.

5. Each OKX account may participate in only one promotional campaign offered by OKX in the same period. If a participant enrolls in multiple promotional campaigns, they will only receive the reward of the last campaign in which they enrolled.

Terms and Conditions

5. OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from this activity and/or cancel this activity without prior notice.

6. If any participant is found ineligible, prohibited or disqualified from this activity for any reason, OKX reserves the right to confiscate, withdraw or withhold any prizes, rewards or gifts at any time, or recover such rewards and/or deduct the value of the used portion of such rewards from the winner's OKX account in any currency in which the rewards have been paid and/or used.

7. OKX reserves the right to cancel the eligibility of any participant who engages in dishonest or abusive behavior in this activity, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards, engaging in wash trading, and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. Serious cheating may result in the downgrade of OKX membership status, account freezing or termination of membership.

8. During the Campaign Period, OKX will closely monitor user behavior to prevent any form of cheating or abnormal behavior, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people's accounts or information, providing false KYC information, maliciously inflating trading data, engaging in wash trades, violating the campaign terms and conditions, or violating local regulatory rules. If any of the above acts are discovered by OKX, OKX reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward.

9. OKX reserves the right to interpret, decide, modify or change the terms and conditions, its rules and other details of this activity at any time, without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, ending or suspending the activity, eligibility qualification, terms and conditions, winner criteria, quantity of rewards and the timing of any activities. All participants will be bound by these revised terms and conditions.

10. The final interpretation of the activity shall be the exclusive competence of OKX.

11. OKX has the right to suspend, freeze and/or seal user accounts and the assets contained in the accounts, in accordance with applicable laws or the OKX Terms of Service. For more detailed information, please refer to the OKX Terms of Service.
