How do I request for my OKX card? (EEA)

You can request and set up your OKX Card directly in the OKX app.

Steps to request your OKX Card

  1. Open the OKX app.

  2. Complete identity verification (KYC).

  3. In Simple mode, select Pay from the main menu.

  4. Set up your OKX Pay account.

  5. Follow the in-app steps to activate your OKX Card.

After setup: getting ready to spend

To make payments, you’ll typically need to hold supported stablecoins in OKX Pay (USDC or USDG). You can also add the card to Apple Pay/Google Pay (optional) or use the virtual card online.

If you can’t find the card option

If the OKX Card isn’t visible:

  • ensure your app is updated

  • confirm you’re in an eligible region

  • confirm KYC and OKX Pay setup are completed
