Why can't sellers cancel P2P orders?

If the buyer hasn't tapped I have paid yet and the order is still within the payment time limit, you won't be able to cancel the order manually.

Don't worry — if the buyer fails to complete payment and tap I have paid within the required time (usually 30 minutes), the order will be canceled automatically with no action needed on your part.

Note:

  • Only the buyer can cancel the order before marking payment as completed.

  • Only the buyer can select Payment completed after completing the transfer.

  • The seller doesn't have a cancel option once the order is created. The seller can only wait for the payment timeout — the system will automatically cancel the order if the buyer doesn't complete payment within the allocated time.

  • Don‘t cancel the order if you‘ve already paid the seller.

  • If the order is canceled due to system timeout, the buyer's completion rate will be affected.

  • If the buyer has reached out to the seller via chat and they don't reply within 15 minutes, the buyer can cancel the order without their completion rate being affected.

  • You can only cancel up to 3 orders daily. Otherwise, your account will be suspended, and you can’t place any more orders on that day.

When can I request an order reversal?

If your order was canceled due to any of the following reasons, you can tap Need help after cancellation, upload the relevant proof, and submit an appeal. A specialist will follow up to verify your case:

  1. A third-party payment account (buyer's or seller's) was frozen or flagged with a risk warning

  2. The order was canceled by mutual agreement with the other party

  3. The seller used a non-verified payment account, making it impossible to complete payment

Note: If you're unable to complete payment due to reasons outside your control, save screenshots before canceling and submit your appeal promptly. Once a reversal is approved, the canceled order won't count toward your completion rate or affect your trading access.
