I can’t see my card in the app or add it to my mobile wallet – what should I do?
If you can’t see your card in the OKX app or can’t add it to Apple Pay/Google Pay, use the steps below.
Step 1: Refresh and update
refresh the OKX app
ensure you’re on the latest app version
Step 2: Confirm account readiness
Check that:
identity verification (KYC) is completed
OKX Pay is set up
you’re in an eligible region for the OKX Card (EEA availability rules apply)
Step 3: Verify wallet compatibility
make sure your device supports Apple Pay/Google Pay
ensure your wallet app and OS are updated
some wallet provisioning may require additional verification steps
Step 4: Contact support
If the issue continues, contact OKX Support (OK Assistant) and share:
your device model
OS version
what you see on the card page (screenshots if possible)
