I can’t see my card in the app or add it to my mobile wallet – what should I do?

If you can’t see your card in the OKX app or can’t add it to Apple Pay/Google Pay, use the steps below.

Step 1: Refresh and update

  • refresh the OKX app

  • ensure you’re on the latest app version

Step 2: Confirm account readiness

Check that:

  • identity verification (KYC) is completed

  • OKX Pay is set up

  • you’re in an eligible region for the OKX Card (EEA availability rules apply)

Step 3: Verify wallet compatibility

  • make sure your device supports Apple Pay/Google Pay

  • ensure your wallet app and OS are updated

  • some wallet provisioning may require additional verification steps

Step 4: Contact support

If the issue continues, contact OKX Support (OK Assistant) and share:

  • your device model

  • OS version

  • what you see on the card page (screenshots if possible)
