Official Rules for the Man City x OKX MENA Social Media Giveaway

No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.

1. Overview

This fan engagement activation and competition (the "Activation") is sponsored by OKX Middle East FinTech FZE (the "Organizer"), The Organizer is running this competition with the official partnership of Manchester City Football Club Limited ("Manchester City") for branding and promotional purposes.

For the avoidance of doubt, Manchester City Football Club is an official partner but is not the promoter or administrator of this Activation

2. Eligibility

To participate in this Activation, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.

The following people are not eligible to enter:

A. Restricted Jurisdictions: Individuals located in, or citizens/residents of, the following countries and regions are not eligible to participate: Australia, The Bahamas, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, China, Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Italy, Luhansk, Malaysia, Mexico, North Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Syria, Thailand, Ukraine (collectively, the "Restricted Jurisdictions").

B. Other Restrictions: Employees of the Organizer, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of these employees.

3. Entry Periods

The competition entry period begins at 12:00 AM GST on 17th August 2026 and ends at 23:59 GST on 17th October 2026 ("Entry Period"). The Organizer's official time-keeping device shall be final.

4. How to Enter

a. Social Media Entry: Participation in this Activation requires the creation and submission of content via the Organizer's designated social media platform(s) (e.g., X, Instagram). Participants must complete the following mandatory tasks:

i. Follow @okxmena on social media (IG and Twitter)

ii. Comment on the official entry post with the correct answer to this question: Who was the lead scorer across all competitions for Man City in season 2025-2026?

b. Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. By entering, you represent that you agree to these terms and any other associated terms referenced herein and the Organizer's decisions regarding the Activation, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these terms.

5. Selection of Winners

  • Winners will be selected at the Organizer's discretion.

  • Selection Criteria: Will be based on a randomised selection from the comment section of the relevant social media post.

  • The decision of the Organizer's designated panel is final and non-negotiable.

6. Draw Timing

  • The winner selection and announcement will take place after October 17, 2026 and will be announced within a one week window on OKX MENA social media channels.

7. Potential Winner Requirements

A potential winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the social media platform used for campaign entry.

a. Claim Deadline: The potential winner must respond and acknowledge the prize notification within 24 hours of the initial DM. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.

b. Verification: Winners must provide official proof of identity, age, and nationality upon collection of the prize.

c. Publicity Release: By entering, winners agree to participate in a photo/video opportunity with their prize, which grants the Organizer the right to use the winner's name and photo for promotional purposes without any further compensation.

8. Prizes

The estimated total approximate retail value of all prizes to be distributed is approximately $6,500 USD.

The total prize pool consists of 3 pairs of VIP home game tickets

  • 3 pairs of VIP home game tickets for Man City vs Nottingham Forest or Man City vs Arsenal (Tentative upon availability)

9. Prize Details

a. Taxes and Expenses: A winner is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes and any and all other costs and expenses associated with the prize not expressly listed here (including but not limited to,, travel ) accommodation, flights, visa cost, etc.). Furthermore, the provision of tickets or any other prizes to winners shall be subject to availability, and OKX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute, modify, or withhold any prize if it becomes unavailable for any reason, without any obligation to provide compensation or alternative arrangements.

b. No Cash Alternative: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted.

10. General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Activation is impaired in any way, the Organizer may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Activation to address the impairment and then resume the Activation; or (b) award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Activation, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. The Organizer's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Activation is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Dubai, United Arab Emirates and is void where prohibited. By participating in this Activation, users agree to these Terms and Conditions, and the following additional Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions, all of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and Conditions, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, followed by the Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

11. Privacy and Publicity

Any information you submit as part of the Activation will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy. By participating in the Activation, you grant the Organizer permission to share your personally identifiable information for the purpose of administration, winner verification, and prize fulfillment.
