1. The Flash Earn Trade to Earn Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Flash Earn Trade to Earn (TTE) campaign ("Campaign") hosted on the platform operated by OKX ("we", "us", or "our"). Flash Earn is OKX’s on-platform trading campaign channel that combines new token listing subscription rewards and trading competitions.
2. This section sets out the platform rules applicable to this Campaign. For campaign period, eligibility criteria and rewards calculation, please refer to the .
3. By participating, you acknowledge reading and understanding the Terms and agree to comply with all campaign terms and applicable laws. By default, users who enter the Flash Earn page and participate in the reward program have read and understood these Terms.
4. Participation in Flash Earn is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The earnings of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the earnings of the main account.
5. OKX has the discretion to convert any rewards into platform vouchers or USDT of equivalent or lesser value. This may occur where platform restrictions in certain jurisdictions cause a participant to be ineligible for certain reward types, where OKX is unable to procure the applicable reward, or in any other circumstance OKX deems necessary in its discretion.
6. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient.
7. Users from the following countries or regions (subject to verification information) may not be eligible to participate in the reward program: please refer to clause 3 of OKX’s .
8. Reward eligibility subject to verification, compliance with the , and applicable laws. OKX reserves the right to modify or terminate this reward program at any time.
9. OKX will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts, using other people’s accounts, using other people’s information to register accounts, false KYC information, maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the reward, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other activities related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. OKX reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have engaged in any of the above and to recover any rewards already distributed.
10. Flagged accounts identified during a Campaign will be removed from leaderboard rankings and excluded from rewards distributions.
11. OKX may require additional identity verification (including face recognition) for high-risk accounts before releasing rewards. Failure to complete such verification may result in forfeiture of rewards.
12. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, OKX reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in the reward program without notice.
13. This reward program is not (i) investment advice or an investment recommendation; (ii) an offer or solicitation, buy or sell digital assets; or (iii) financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. All participants shall be bound by these revised terms. Where practicable, OKX will endeavour to provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Where OKX exercises any discretion under these terms, it shall do so in a reasonable manner.
