OKX P2P Merchant Program application requirements

Platform-certified merchants are mainly divided into P2P Merchant Program and Diamond Merchants:

1. P2P Merchant Program (Regular Merchant)

Application requirements:

1. Complete video verification;

2. Order completion rate not less than 90%;

3. Order volume ≥ 20 orders;

4. The funding account has 10,000 USDT as Merchant margin.

Note: For applicants who meet the above conditions, the platform will further verify the information. You can check the review results via SMS, email, or the official Merchant application page. For a better P2P trading experience, please make sure to bind a valid contact method.

2. Diamond Merchant

Application requirements:

1. Complete video verification;

2. Order completion rate not less than 90%;

3. Order volume ≥ 20 orders;

4. Proof of identity for P2P Merchant Program after three full months (screenshot of the page);

5. The funding account has 100,000 USDT as Merchant margin;

6. Personal revolving funds equivalent to no less than 3 million RMB.

Note: For all newly applied Diamond Merchant accounts, the platform will implement a one-month assessment period. Merchants who do not meet the assessment requirements will be removed. During the assessment period, new merchant will be evaluated as follows:

• Peer-to-peer trading volume in the past 30 days is no less than 500 BTC;

• Complete no less than 200 orders;

• No serious customer complaints;

• In the event of an order dispute, after platform customer service intervenes, failure to cooperate with customer service 3 times or more.
