What’s Delta-Neutral, and why do Funds trade Delta-Neutral?
When running delta-neutral trading strategies, you don’t bet on direction. You bet on structure. Delta-neutral strategies aim to neutralize market exposure. This means holding off-setting positions (e.g., long on spot, short on perps) with tight balance in between. Profits come from either of the following:
