How do I redeem my Simple Earn?

On the app

  1. Open your OKX app, go to Assets, or select Menu (6-dot icon) at the home page

  2. Select Earn under the Earn and rewards section or at the action menu on the Assets page

    • Crypto section: find our Simple Earn order according to the crypto type

    • Product section: find our Simple Earn order according to Simple Earn Flexible

  3. Select Manage order and Redeem funds

  4. Insert your preferred redemption amount and choose whether to redeem to your Funding account or Trading account, then select Redeem now

  5. Read through the redemption summary and select Confirm to complete your redemption request

On the web

  1. Log in to your account at okx.com and go to Assets > My Assets > Grow

  2. Select your Simple Earn Flexible order in the By crypto or By product section

    • Crypto section: find our Simple Earn Flexible order according to crypto type

    • Product section: find our Simple Earn Flexible order according to Simple Earn Flexible

  3. Select Redeem

  4. Insert your preferred redemption amount and choose whether to redeem to your Funding account or Trading account, then select Redeem

  5. Read through the redemption summary and select Confirm to complete your redemption request

Note: you can modify your preferred minimum APY in the Min APY field.

Can I redeem at any time?

  • Flexible products support instant redemption, with crypto returned to your account in real time.

  • For fixed-term products, you have to wait until the lock-up period ends before you can redeem.

If you choose to invest idle assets in Simple Earn when creating a spot grid strategy, you need to stop the corresponding grid strategy before automatic redemption occurs.
