OKX to Perform Scheduled Maintenance on the RFQ System on August 4, 2026

Dear OKX users,

To further improve system performance and provide you with a better trading experience, OKX will perform scheduled system maintenance on the RFQ (Request-for-Quote) service under Block Trading from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (UTC) on August 4, 2026.
Impact during maintenance:

  1. The RFQ system will be in read-only (maintenance) mode. Creating new RFQs, submitting or accepting quotes, and executing block trades via RFQ will be unavailable.
  2. You will still be able to view existing RFQs, quotes, and historical records.

Services are expected to resume automatically once the maintenance is complete. The maintenance may finish earlier or be extended depending on actual progress; no further notice will be given if it completes ahead of schedule.
To avoid any potential impact, we recommend completing any in-progress RFQ negotiations and trades before the maintenance window.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and support.
