据 The Block 报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）宣布推迟对贝莱德比特币 ETF 实物申购机制的决定，并开始征询公众意见。该机制若获批，将允许投资者直接以比特币而非现金进行 ETF 份额申购赎回，提升交易效率。

今年 1 月纳斯达克提交的规则修订案显示，iShares 比特币信托拟采用该模式，但 SEC 此前更倾向现金结算机制。SEC 同日推迟了对灰度莱特币信托、灰度Solana信托的审批，要求征求公众意见。SEC 周二还就 21Shares 狗狗币 ETF 征求公众意见。
