What Are Trading Bots on OKX and How Does the Grid Bot Work?
Trading bots on OKX are automated tools that execute buy and sell orders on your behalf, based on rules you set in advance. Instead of looking at price charts and placing trades by hand, a bot does the work for you around the clock. OKX offers several bot types, including Grid Bots and DCA (dollar-cost averaging) bots. Each bot type suits a different trading goal, but all of them run without requiring you to be active in the market at every moment.
A Grid Bot buys and sells a crypto asset at regular intervals within a pre-set price range. The OKX Grid Bot for the XRP/EUR pair places a series of buy orders at lower prices and sell orders at higher prices within that range. Each time the price crosses a grid level, a trade executes automatically, with no manual input required during the trading session.

What Is the Loss Reimbursement and How Does It Work?
OKX will reimburse eligible users for losses incurred on their first eligible bot created during the campaign. The reimbursement amount depends on whether the bot is still running when the campaign closes on 24 June 2026.

If no loss was incurred, no reimbursement is provided. Reimbursements are sent within 30 days from the campaign end date. The reimbursement is paid in XRP at the XRP/EUR exchange rate applicable at the time of distribution.

The total reward pool is 30,000 XRP, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis across all four tasks. Once the pool for a task tier is exhausted, no further rewards are available for that tier.
Task rewards are credited to a participant's OKX portfolio within 30 minutes of task completion. The loss reimbursement is a separate distribution, sent within 30 days from the campaign end date of 24 June 2026.
XRP rewards are distributed in XRP tokens. The EUR value of each reward may be higher or lower than the advertised amount at any given time, depending on the XRP/EUR exchange rate at the time of distribution or withdrawal. OKX Europe Ltd is not responsible for fluctuations in the value of distributed rewards.
Yes. If the bot is closed before the campaign ends and ran at a loss, OKX Europe Ltd reimburses up to €20 in XRP. If the bot is still running at the campaign end date, a snapshot is taken and the reimbursement is capped at €10 in XRP. See the reimbursement table above for a full breakdown.
Cumulative valid advanced and simple trading volume counts during the activity period. Volume from rebate vouchers, USDC fee waiver trades, and trades on the USDC/EUR pair does not count. Refer to the campaign Terms and Conditions for the full list of eligible trading types and bot parameters.
Each OKX account can participate in one promotional campaign at a time. If a user enrols in multiple OKX campaigns running simultaneously, only the last campaign enrolled will be rewarded. OKX Europe Ltd recommends users not join multiple campaigns during the same period.
