EEA "Time to Switch" Campaign - Terms & Conditions

This Campaign runs from 29 June 2026, 09:00 (GMT+2) to 31 July 2026, 09:00 (GMT+2) and consists of the following three programs:

1. New User Bonus Program
2. €10 Million Deposit Bonus Program
3. VIP Pass Program

The detailed Terms and Conditions for each programs are set out below.

New User Bonus (NUB) Program

  1. Eligibility and Reward Details

  • Only new users who register from June 29 onwards through designated channels and complete the required tasks within 30 calendar days of their account registration will be entitled to claim the New User Bonus rewards.

  • This reward program is available to eligible new users located in the EEA, subject to OKX account verification and applicable compliance checks.

  • Reward Structure: The New User Bonus program includes multiple reward tiers (each a "Reward" and collectively the "Rewards"). The availability of tiers, reward amounts, and eligibility requirements may vary by jurisdiction, campaign period, and user segment. To qualify for rewards under the Program, users may be required to complete certain actions such as depositing funds, trading a specified volume, and maintaining a minimum account balance for a defined period. Specific eligibility requirements and reward details applicable to each user will be displayed within the OKX App or platform, including on the relevant rewards amount by market.

  • Sub-accounts will not be eligible to participate in this program, or receive any Rewards.

  • Funds or supported assets transferred to OKX Pay will reduce the qualified user's account balance affecting their reward eligibility

  • Please note that the value of rewards may fluctuate and may not be equal in value at the time a recipient has the ability to withdraw based on market fluctuation. Prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, qualified users may increase or lose value in qualified usersr assets at any given moment.

  • Frequently Asked Questions:

    • What tasks do I need to complete to receive Welcome Rewards? Qualified users may be required to complete trading or deposit tasks as part of the Welcome Rewards criteria. Qualifying actions include:

      • Deposit: Crypto or Fiat deposit (via SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, etc.) of the specified amount as shown in the OKX app. Internal transfers do not qualify.

      • Trade: Buy, sell or convert order, or a spot order book trade, that meets the minimum amount specified in the OKX app. Any trades executed on the USDC/EUR spot trading pair; and any buy, sell, or convert transactions involving USDC/USDG, USDC/USD, or USDG/USD, are excluded and will not qualify as a Trade for the purposes of New User Bonus Terms and Conditions.

    • Why didn't I receive the New User Bonus after depositing?

      • The New User Bonus (NUB) is only available to users who register through a designated promotional channel, such as a specific partner referral link or an official OKX campaign page. If the user's account was created through a non-designated channel, they will not be eligible for the bonus, even if they completed the deposit and trading tasks.

      • If you believe you used the correct link but still didn't receive the bonus, you can submit an appeal via the Rewards Centre. However, if the eligibility check confirms that the the user's account was not registered through a designated channel, OKX is unable to manually grant the bonus.

    • Why is my New User Bonus showing as locked?

      • If you receive a New User Bonus reward, the funds are locked for a 30-day qualifying period.

      • During this period, the reward can be used for trading but cannot be withdrawn.

      • Once the 30-day qualifying period is complete, the reward will be unlocked and available for withdrawal.

      • User scenario: If they see a balance in their account but cannot send it to another platform, check whether it is labelled as a bonus reward. Go to Rewards Centre > My Rewards to see the unlock progress and estimated release date.

    • Why did some of my own funds appear locked ?

      • When qualified users receive a cryptocurrency reward under this Promotion (for example, BTC), OKX places a temporary hold on their account balance equal to the current USD market value of that reward — calculated as the quantity of cryptocurrency awarded multiplied by its real-time market price (the "Hold Amount").

      • The Hold Amount is not fixed at the value at the time of disbursement; it fluctuates continuously with the live market price of the reward cryptocurrency. This means that even after they have traded or converted their reward into another asset (such as selling BTC into USD), the Hold Amount on the user's account continues to reflect the live market value of the original reward quantity.

      • If the price of the reward cryptocurrency rises after the user has sold or converted it, the Hold Amount may increase beyond the USD value the qualified user received from that conversion — and the user's available account balance may appear fully or partially restricted as a result. This is expected behavior and is not an error; it is designed to ensure the reward can be recovered by OKX if the applicable holding requirements are not met.

      • To illustrate: suppose User A receive 0.001 BTC as a reward when BTC is priced at $100,000 (reward value at disbursement: $100). User A sell the 0.001 BTC and receive 100 USD in their account. BTC's price subsequently rises to $120,000, User A's Hold Amount is recalculated as 0.001 BTC × $120,000 = $120. Because User A's available USD balance ($100) is now less than the updated Hold Amount ($120), the user's entire balance will appear locked — even though the funds originally came from the user's own conversion proceeds. The hold will be released once the AUM holding requirement is satisfied and the reward is unlocked, or if the reward is reclaimed by OKX in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

    • I completed all the tasks but my reward hasn't appeared yet - what should I do?

      • Task completion and reward crediting can take up to 48 hours to process. If your reward is still not visible after 48 hours, contact OKX Support via Live Chat and provide a screenshot of your completed task status.

      • Note: USDC purchases do not count towards trading volume tasks because USDC carries zero trading commission and is classified as a stablecoin.

  • If there's any fraudulent behavior or suspicion of such, including, but not limited to, fraudulent registration, buying or selling, or forging identity verification information, we'll strictly review the situation, and reserve the right to cancel the participation eligibility and award rights of the related users.

  • Any violation of these terms or the OKX Terms of Service at any time may disqualify such customer from this promotion. If disqualified, the user agrees: 1) to return the value of any Bonuses provided under this promotion; or 2) that we may deduct, offset, or otherwise claw back such value from the user's account.

  • We may delay the distribution of Rewards due to system issues or other special circumstances, in our sole discretion. If qualified users haven't received the Rewards within 48 hours after qualified users complete the task, please contact customer service, and we'll actively follow up on the situation.

  • We have the right to suspend, freeze, and/or seal user accounts and assets within the accounts according to applicable laws or Terms of Service.

  • We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.

8% Deposit Bonus

  1. Activity participation and requirements

Activity period: 29 June, 2026 09:00 GMT+2 to 31 July, 2026 23:59 GMT+2

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Deposit Match User Terms or the Rewards Session Terms and Conditions.

Enrollment Eligibility:

  1. This deposit bonus rewards program is being offered by the OKX entity on which qualified users are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service ("OKX"). It begins on 29 June, 2026 09:00 GMT+2 and ends on 31 July, 2026 09:00 GMT+2 (the "Activity Period").

  2. This promotion is open to OKX users registered under OKX Europe Limited ("OKX Europe Ltd") who reside in one of the EEA jurisdictions (excluding Iceland), mentioned in the General Terms & Conditions, at the time of the campaign.

  3. Both existing and new users must first click "Opt in" during the campaign period to participate in the reward program. Only deposits made after opting in will be counted as Eligible Deposits for rewards. Any deposits made before opting in will not be eligible.

  4. All users' Eligible Net Deposits made during the Campaign Period and portfolio balances at the start of the Activity Period will be counted into all users' expected rewards received.. Users should refer to the campaign page in the app for the net deposit calculation and expected rewards received after opting in.

    1. Eligible Net Deposits = Total deposits during the Activity Period − Total withdrawals during the Activity Period.

  5. In order to participate and receive the relevant rewards in this rewards program, participants must:

    1. pass or have previously passed OKX's advanced KYC or KYB identity verification;

    2. be VIP Level 6 or below for KYC users;

    3. Be VIP Level 2 or below for KYB users.

  6. Participation in this rewards program is restricted to the main account only. Sub-accounts are not eligible to participate. The deposit of sub-accounts will not be included in the calculation of the deposit of the main account.

Reward Description:

  1. The maximum cumulative reward per user is 20,000 USDC, contingent on maintaining the required balance for the full 52-week period, with rewards distributed on a biweekly basis. Users need to deposit a minimum amount of €10 or equivalent during the Activity Period to be eligible for rewards. This Deposit Bonus offers a flat 8% match on new crypto or cash net deposits. OKX Europe Ltd account based on the eligible deposits (as defined below) as thresholds outlined in the relevant reward session landing page herein. Qualified new deposits shall include:

    1. on-chain deposits of any crypto to their OKX account;

    2. EUR or local currency cash deposits to their OKX account via SEPA (Standard or Instant), or debit/credit card; or

    3. direct purchases of crypto on OKX via ACH bank transfer, debit card, or Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  2. Eligible Net Deposits ("Eligible Deposits") are calculated as the user's total deposit amount minus their total withdrawal amount during the Activity Period after their enrollment. Eligible Deposits shall be defined as the amount of net deposits (meeting the minimum thresholds as set out in the relevant reward session landing page) and not exceeding the "Cap" of €250,000 or equivalent.

  3. EUR deposit values are derived from their USDC equivalent and may therefore fluctuate based on the EUR–USDC exchange rate, assumed at 1 EUR = 1.12 USDC for the entirety of the campaign.

  4. Only eligible crypto or cash deposited during the Activity Period will qualify for rewards. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that any balance available in the qualified user's OKX account prior to their Deposit Bonus enrolment cannot and will not be used to satisfy the deposit requirement required therein.

  5. Rewards payout will be distributed after the Reward Period and subject to the relevant distribution payout period stated in the relevant rewards session landing page.

  6. Total rewards are capped for all eligible users. If the rewards are exhausted prior to the end of the Activity Period, the relevant reward session will end early.


Reward Distribution

  1. Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Rewards are limited and available only while supplies last. The total reward pool for this Deposit Bonus offer is €10 million in USDC.

  2. OKX reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in dishonest or abusive behaviors during their participation in the rewards program, including but not limited to bulk account registrations or any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

  3. OKX may convert any rewards into platform vouchers or cryptocurrency of equivalent value at its sole and absolute discretion.

VIP Pass Program

  1. Activity Participation & Requirements

This campaign is being offered by the OKX Europe Markets Limited entity on which qualified users are onboarded as a customer under the OKX Terms of Service ("OKX"). It begins on 29 June, 2026 09:00 GMT+2 and ends on 31 July, 2026 09:00 GMT+2 ("Activity Period").

  1. Enrollment eligibility:

    1. This promotion is open to OKX users registered under OKX Europe Markets Limited ("OKX Europe Markets Ltd") who reside in one of the EEA jurisdictions (excluding Iceland), mentioned in the General Terms & Conditions, at the time of the campaign. Please refer to Reward Conditions below.

      1. This campaign is only available to users who:

        1. Are 18+ and reside in one of the eligible EEA jurisdictions

        2. Completed KYC identity verification and have a verified account. Check your status here.

        3. Complete an appropriateness assessment before or during the Activity Period. OKX uses this assessment to ensure qualified users understand the risks involved in leveraged derivatives trading

        4. Are not VIP Level 7 or above (for KYC users only).

  2. Reward distribution and conditions

    1. All VIP Level 1 to 6 users who have already completed the appropriateness assessment and open a derivatives account prior to the Activity Period will receive a +1 VIP upgrade for 30 days, based on their current VIP level, starting on 28 June, the first day of the Activity Period.

    2. New users who sign up through designated channels within 30 days of the campaign start date will receive a VIP Level 1 Pass for 30 days if they complete the appropriateness assessment during the campaign period, as part of the New User Bonus program offer.

    3. Existing users who had signed up before the Activity Period started will receive a VIP Level 1 Pass if they complete the appropriateness assessment and open their derivatives account during the Activity Period. The VIP Pass will be distributed on the day after they complete the assessment.

  3. General Guidelines

If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by OKX Europe Markets Ltd., OKX Europe Markets Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the reward, as well as terminate the program at any time and to interpret or modify the terms and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice.
