What are P2P marketplace vouchers?
P2P marketplace vouchers are discount vouchers you can claim and apply when placing buy orders on the P2P marketplace. When you apply for a voucher, the fiat amount you need to pay is reduced — we cover the difference on your behalf. Learn more about marketplace voucher here.
Who can use vouchers?
Vouchers are available to eligible buyers on the P2P marketplace. Eligibility depends on the specific voucher — each voucher may have conditions such as a minimum order amount, an expiry date, and whether it applies to specific ads. Check the details of each voucher in your Voucher Center before applying.
Do I pay less, or does the merchant receive less?
You pay less. The discounted amount is what you need to transfer to the merchant. We separately reimburses the merchant for the difference, so the merchant still receives the full trade value.
How do I qualify for the UAH P2P voucher?
To receive an 8 USDT UAH P2P discount voucher, you must:
Complete a CeFi spot trade of $100 or more on our platform during the campaign period (1 July 2026 – 1 August 2026) — this must be your first-ever CeFi trade.
Be among the first 250 users to do so.
The voucher is credited automatically to your Voucher Center once you qualify — no separate deposit needed to receive it.
What reward will I get?
You'll receive an 8 USDT discount voucher for use on UAH P2P buy orders. Apply it to your next P2P buy order of 50 USDT or more in UAH — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, and we cover the difference with the merchant. The voucher must be redeemed within 72 hours of being claimed.

Where can I find my vouchers?
Browse the P2P marketplace — eligible ads show a voucher indicator
Tap into an ad to place an order — in the order preview, there's a voucher section where you can claim and apply available vouchers
Find the voucher in the order preview page on the marketplace voucher page
Go to the Voucher Center to view all available and claimed vouchers. Here you can browse vouchers you're eligible for, claim them, and see their conditions and expiry dates.

Can I use a voucher on any ad?
Not necessarily. Each voucher specifies which ads it can be applied to. Additionally, the ad itself must have vouchers enabled. If a voucher isn't selectable for a particular order, it may not meet the eligibility conditions for that ad or order size.

What happens to the order amount when I apply a voucher?
The fiat amount shown on the order screen will update to reflect your discounted payment amount. You'll see a breakdown showing:
Original order amount — the fiat amount before the voucher
Discount value — the amount deducted by the voucher
Amount you pay — the final fiat amount you're responsible for
Payment details after the voucher is applied
I could see vouchers yesterday, but they're gone today — what happened?
Vouchers are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Each campaign has a fixed number of vouchers, and once they've all been claimed, they will no longer be available. Keep an eye out for the next campaign!
Is there an expiry date after I claim a voucher?
Yes! Each voucher has a limited validity period after it's claimed. After claiming, check the voucher details in your app to see the exact expiry date and make sure you use it on time.
What happens if my voucher expires before I use it?
Expired vouchers can no longer be applied to orders. You'll need to wait for the next campaign — expired vouchers cannot be re-claimed.
What happens if I applied a voucher but my order was cancelled?
No worries — your voucher will be returned to you and you can re-use it on any other eligible ad, as long as it hasn't expired.
